Mild steel is what we use for our indoor planters. The steel is then treated, primed and powder-coated.

High-grade stainless steel is what we use for all of our outdoor planters. We then either brush, polish or prime and powder-coat.

Corten steel is designed primarily for outdoor use and forms a beautiful rusty patina that protects the material from corrosion.

We use only the best, architectural-grade powders and primers to gaurantee your product will last for years to come.

Aluminium can be used for planters that dont need to support a lot of weight and require a light application. Powdercoated aluminium is very durable outdoors.

Brass can be used to add detail and warmth to your custom planter, it is durable and ages beautifully.

Agend bronze is a special finish that we do in house here at Plantr. The finish is durable and is suitable for indoors & outdoors.

For outdoors, we use a variety of hardwoods tried and tested in our climate. Garapa is our favorites, for its beuatiful colour and durability.

African Iroko is a beautiful wood used on some of our products. It is strong and durable and can be used outdoors to with stand the elements.

We love Oak & Ash to add details to our products, they stand out for their contrasting warmth against metal. Indoors only.
